A: We are manufacturing of E-Bikes and E-Scooters since 2008. ‘Happyrun’ is our brand.
Q: Do you sell directly to end users?
A: No, we export products to agents, distributor, dealer, re-seller etc.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM orders.
Q: What is the MOQ of our products?
A: Normally, After sample order, the MOQ of the e-scooter is 500 units, and the MOQ of the e-bike is 200 units. But the real MOQ is depends on models.
Q: What is the warranty terms?
A: Full 1 year warranty for motor & controller and half year for battery pack of none human-made damage. We also provide paid after-sales service.
Q: What is the delivery time if I place an order?
A: The lead time is normally within 15-45 working days.
Q: Do we accept drop shipping?
A: Yes, we provide drop shipping service. We have warehouses in EU, US, Canada.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Q: Can I buy battery pack and other spare parts from you?
A: Yes, we supply spare parts for after-sale issues.
